The legality rating is a tool for Italian companies introduced in 2012 and meant to promote principles of ethical behaviour in a business setting, by recognizing a company’s conformity to legal standards and, more generally, the attention they give to proper management. The legality rating has been regulated by AGCM resolution on November 14, 2012, n. 24075.
