Welfare at CEPI is not just a set of benefits, but a key element of corporate culture, in line with ESG principles. Our approach is typical of CEPI’s, which is based on establishing partnerships with local organizations to create relationships with increased value. Corporate welfare thus allows us to seamlessly combine the generation of tangible benefits for individuals with the promotion of services and goods provided to our closest stakeholders. Ours has always been a concrete commitment to people’s well-being, which translates into increasingly structured support tools to ensure<\/span> transparency, full use, and personalized support<\/strong>.<\/span> <\/p>

Since 2016, we have been managing our welfare program in partnership with Social Welfare<\/strong>, a project developed by Consorzio Solidariet\u00e0 Sociale,<\/strong> a local third sector organization. To this end, we have created a welfare help desk<\/strong> where our employees can access all the necessary information and specialized guidance from welfare managers. Since 2023, the program has expanded with the establishment of Shared HR,<\/strong> an innovative model that integrates human resources management, psychological support, and communication strategies to strengthen the organizational climate. A key aspect of the plan was the systematic assessment of corporate well-being,<\/strong> combining quantitative data\u2014on socio-demographic composition and caregiving burdens\u2014with a qualitative analysis of the interpersonal and communication climate. This approach allowed us to identify the most relevant needs and structure welfare into key areas: health and well-being, work-life balance, training, culture, and social interaction.<\/strong> <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to contractual welfare, our program is comprehensive and offers several initiatives: a productivity bonus<\/strong> that can be used entirely within the welfare program, a psychological support desk<\/strong>, fringe benefits,<\/strong> personalized training programs, and a wide selection of flexible benefits, including healthcare, social assistance, education, and recreation.<\/strong><\/p>

All services are accessible through an online platform\u2014Welfare X<\/strong>\u2014developed by CgMoving as part of the national CGM Welfare project. The services are provided by a network of local partners coordinated through the work of the Consorzio Solidariet\u00e0 Sociale, which supports us in facilitating access, building a network of genuine relationships, and enhancing our local community. <\/p>

Well-being also involves sharing and physical activity: recreational spaces have been set up in the cafeteria, with a ping pong table<\/strong>, and outdoors, with a basketball court<\/strong>, to encourage quality breaks and socializing, while also promoting sports and health. These latter aspects are further supported by the opportunity to participate in on-site training sessions<\/strong> and the partnership with Ospedali Privati \u200b\u200bForl\u00ec, <\/strong>which offers training and consulting for direct access to services.<\/p>

These services have recently been joined by the activities of the Company Recreation Committee<\/strong>, the Company vegetable Garden<\/strong>, and the LUOGHI COMUNI<\/strong> educational aperitif sessions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

CEPI was awarded as Welfare Champion by Welfare Index PMI, a selection promoted by Generali Italia of the most virtuous small and medium-sized Italian enterprises, chosen from more than 6,500 participants in the survey. Sandra Ceccarelli, our Legal Representative and CFO, represented us at the event. <\/p>

\u201cCOVID has been the biggest challenge CEPI has had to face, and we are convinced that one of the reasons why the system held up is the genuine internal cohesion and trust placed in us,\u201d says Sandra. \u201cWe have not reduced any of the investments made in recruitment, training, welfare and sustainability. CEPI was confirmed as champion again in 2024. In this context, it was represented at the awards ceremony by Davide Saputo, our HSE and Factory Director, who told us, “Quality is not just about the product, but also the care of the people who build it. For me, quality is also sensitivity, the heart of the steel we work every day. For the end user, our plants enhance the ingredients, but I like to think that at CEPI, the plants enhance the people who create them, each within their role as in a large ecosystem.”<\/a>

In 2025, we participated in the WELFARE TALKS,<\/a> where we shared our experience building a personalized welfare platform and collaborating with private hospitals in Forl\u00ec.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
