verification and evaluation practices concerning operations and corporate objectives implemented by management. At CEPI, this has translated into a focus on structuring business processes and their reporting, enabling us to obtain an analytical financial picture following a period of significant economic growth. <\/p><p>Thanks to the support of external consultants, throughout 2024, we implemented a reporting system that provides more accurate insights into company performance in real-time, allowing us to reduce analysis time and enhance the accuracy and completeness of our data. Order margins, the study of overhead costs, and indirect activities related to production were among the main topics examined by the project. To improve analysis and monitoring, management software has been created, allowing for dynamic visualization of fundamental analytical order data. The system offers  <br>also a geographic and product-based segmentation, improving the company\u2019s decision-making and strategic capabilities. A project like the one CEPI has pursued consequently provides assistance in assessing potential risks more promptly, making it easier to identify the most appropriate preventive measures.
