according to the UNI 125 Standard, the Reference Practice for Gender Equality in Organizations. This standard requires the measurement, reporting, and evaluation of gender-related data in organizations with the aim of closing existing gaps and incorporating the new gender equality paradigm into the organizations&#8217; DNA, thus producing sustainable and lasting change.<\/p><p>Special thanks to the Steering Committee for Gender Equality (Sandra Ceccarelli, Costanza Evangelisti, Frida Lega, Emiliano Leonardi, Stefania Montalti and Marco Ricci), who developed the Strategic Plan and Management System.<\/p><p>But we would not have obtained the certification without the participation and commitment of all staff.
