href=\"https:\/\/www.cepisilos.com\/en\/gender-equality-decalogue\/\">Ethics Code<\/a> is built around the 5Ps of sustainable development, which bring together the 17 goals of the 2030 Agenda adopted by all member states of the United Nations in 2015. Goal 5 is gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls, which CEPI recognizes as an essential element in the affirmation of universal human rights. <\/p><p>We believe that the equal participation of women in the workplace is a strategic factor for the growth and development not only for the company, but for the economy and society as a whole.
