GENDER EQUALITY
CEPI recognizes the many barriers to equality that women face in and out of the workplace, and their difficulty in balancing work and personal life, often resulting in a double burden.
In order to mitigate its effects and encourage self-care, in 2019 the partners Sandra Ceccarelli and Stefania Montalti launched BLU DONNA, a parallel welfare program for our female employees.
Starting from 2023, the project expands within the large METALLI NASCOSTI container, sponsored by the company and including evenings dedicated not only to the presentation of the annual program, but also to socialization, dialogue and reflection on the issues of gender equality.
The BLU DONNA project was renewed in 2025 with the launch of the new catalog. It was shared on March 18, 2025, when the women of CEPI met for an aperitif at the BRN Bike Cafè & Restaurant in Forlimpopoli for a moment of leisure and socialization.

The spring edition of Blu Donna took place on 18 April, in Villaggio Mafalda, in Cooperativa Sociale Paolo Babini, Blu Donna is the parallel welfare program for CEPI’s female employees, created in 2019 by Sandra Ceccarelli and Stefania Montalti, and always coordinated by Corinna Crippa, CEPI Welfare Manager for the Social Welfare service of Consorzio di Solidarietà Sociale.
On Wednesday 22 November, in the premises of the Paolo Babini Cooperative in Forlì, we met for the presentation of the Blu Donna 2023 program, a parallel welfare program for CEPI’s female employees active since 2019, in an evening with many moments of discussion, reflection and dialogue. The photograph of this historical moment stimulates us to act urgently. Even with speech, visibility and participation: fundamental factors that have had and continue to have a real impact on women’s lives.
During the presentation of the Blu Donna 2023 catalog we also announced an expansion of the CEPI women’s program, which will now be collected in the large METALLI NASCOSTI (hidden metals) project.
The Blu Donna 2023 catalog was presented to the women of CEPI on 22 November 2023, during an evening at the Mafalda Village of the Paolo Babini Cooperative in Forlì.
