The 193 UN member countries adopted the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development on September 25, 2015. The Agenda has been in force since 2016 with 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs), which constitute the new global framework for UN member states, who have declared their willingness and ability to achieve these goals together by 2030. The 17 SDGs are associated with 169 sub-goals, which are grouped into five fundamental principles: people, planet, prosperity, peace, and collaboration.

CEPI’s Code of Ethics is built around the 5 Ps of sustainable development, which group together the goals of the 2030 Agenda. We have translated them from a CEPI perspective to structure the path we intend to take to participate in this major effort. We hope you will join us.
