PARTNERSHIP

SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Lasting relationships for lasting projects.

It’s not just our machinery that has a long life cycle, but also the relationships we build with employees, customers, suppliers, and all the stakeholders affected by our work.

Our goal is to create strong relationships like those built daily in our workshop, imbued with trust and mutual transparency, and based on a shared sense of responsibility and the desire to build together.

COMMUNITY
ENGAGEMENT

CONCRETE SUPPORT

We have made a concrete effort to leave a positive mark on the communities and territories we work with, not only through direct support for the most vulnerable groups but also by creating numerous training and job placement opportunities as well as collaborations with schools and universities.

We are a partner of the Forlì Prison Protocol, which since 2006 has provided training and job opportunities to inmates in assembly, welding, carpentry, and papermaking, promoting their reintegration into society. CEPI commissions welding work and artistic creations from the Mano Libera workshop, launched in 2020 with our support, which offers specialized training in argon welding. The parties involved in this project have established the Altremani social enterprise.

We are partners with the Romagna Oncology Institute, which is committed to fighting cancer through research, treatment, and awareness. We also collaborate with CavaRei, a social enterprise that transforms our PVC waste into products like shopping bags and badge holders, providing employment to vulnerable people. We also work with nonprofit organizations such as CSSForlì, Techne, and Domus Coop to develop training and job placement programs. We also support the preservation of local cultural heritage, such as the renovation of Cusercoli Castle.

SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES

We maintain close ties with local schools such as the SalesianI Institute, the Marconi State Technical Institute, and the Pascal Comandini Higher Institute, offering internships and scholarships, including the Giuseppe Milanesi scholarship for students pursuing vocational training in the metallurgical sector. We also collaborate with the University of Bologna on research projects on mechanical applications and testing.

regarding materials, we were the subject of a thesis on the recycled steel supply chain: we were the virtuous case study of a survey aimed at better mapping the steel supply chain, which fostered awareness of the sustainability and circularity of our plants and improved collaboration with our partners. Finally, we reserve an annual budget for targeted donations to support those in need, promote education, and promote environmentally friendly practices.
