Their mission is to conquer new markets through targeted acquisitions, ongoing networking, and a dynamic presence at trade shows. They act as technical translators: they transform client needs into immediate preliminary functional solutions, supporting the Technical Office in creating winning proposals.

For the client, they are a guiding light, managing every stage from initial negotiations to vital post-sales support, including assistance and spare parts for special systems. Their commitment ensures that every project is a global success, turning promises into robust operational reality.

ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT

The financial heart and legal anchor of the company, it is the vital body that ensures our economic health. It exercises meticulous oversight, managing the entire accounting cycle for customers, suppliers, and contractors.

The team ensures liquidity through careful treasury and cash flow management, maintaining constant contact with banks. They are the point of contact for all tax and legal matters, securely managing all insurance policies and supporting the Sales team with the most complex contractual agreements.

At a strategic level, the AFC is the analyst of our success: he performs daily management control, calculates price lists and commissions based on project profitability. Finally, he monitors full compliance and the effectiveness of procedures, managing stakeholder relationships for sustainable financial success.

CONTROL

Management Control is the strategic pillar that fuels our sustainable growth, with the vital mission of refining and achieving business objectives. The team has developed an advanced reporting system based on Power BI, offering immediate and crystal-clear insights into data.

Their specialty is in-depth analysis aimed at maximum profitability: they sift through every order, track department hours, and measure the effectiveness of logistics, products, and services.

Thanks to this meticulous work, they developed a powerful cost accounting model. This tool not only promptly identifies risks, but also empowers management with segmented data, transforming every strategic decision into an informed step towards success.

PRODUCTION
CONTROL

This department is the Master of Time, setting the pace for the entire factory. Their mission is to plan, manage, and control the entire production cycle, from service requests to the most complex orders.

This strategic function initiates the operational phases in parallel, precisely defining delivery times and monitoring the vital “system status.” It constantly synchronizes with the Technical Office, the Project Manager, and the Electrical and Automation Office.

The team initiates Purchasing and Manufacturing, monitoring their progress with daily checks. It ensures process optimization, actively supporting R&D for prototypes and providing crucial support to Sales, Purchasing, and Warehouse.

ENGINEERING

The creative laboratory and engineering heart of the company, where ideas take shape into perfect, ready-to-execute designs. They are the architects of every machine and system, dedicated to ensuring every project is technically flawless.

This team performs standard and custom mechanical design, creating 3D models and detailed 2D drawings. They produce vital Bills of Materials and accompanying documentation essential for logistical efficiency.

A technical hub that plans and monitors orders with advanced software, provides crucial support to Production Control, the Sales Office, and the Purchasing Office, and intervenes to resolve critical issues and drive continuous improvement.

PROGRAMMERS

The team that brings our systems to life: our programmers create the operating panels and management software that ensure our systems function flawlessly and fully integrated.

Development is crucial: the department coordinates with the mechanical design team to immediately ensure essential functions such as production control and complete traceability. Each programmer oversees execution, dry testing of the panels, and the vital commissioning in the field or remotely.

The real triumph is their 24/7 Global Support: they offer proactive support and Advanced Remote Intervention via VPN, allowing live viewing and immediate source code correction. Integrated into a global network, they ensure continuous system efficiency in every corner of the world.

ELECTRICAL
DESIGNERS

Electrical engineers are vital specialists who create the hardwired intelligence behind every machine, ensuring that every system sold has a flawless electrical and automated “nervous system.”

Their responsibility is to independently execute the electrical aspects of each project. They meticulously prepare electrical diagrams for control panels and work on new orders, service requests, or on-site modifications, always with precise specifications (I/O lists, PLC networks).

Their work begins with a rigorous review of the contract to ensure perfect compliance. They handle the technical documentation and prepare the materials for the workshop. Their technical support extends to the field, ensuring the execution of the panels and promptly resolving any issues on site.

research and
development

The unstoppable drivers of innovation, with the mission of anticipating the market and driving product performance to excellence. They lead the development of new projects, assessing technical feasibility and investment risks.

The department is crucial for the creation of prototypes and orchestrates their design and construction progress. It acts as a knowledge hub, constantly liaising with Sales, Production, and Purchasing to give concrete form to new ideas. A strategic Food Technologist supports the definition of innovative projects and recipes.

R&D ensures quality at every stage, maintains relationships with Universities and other Educational Institutions, and keeps sales staff updated. It supports customers in initial prototype installations, ensuring that innovation translates into operational success.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT

Project Managers are the strategic figures who transform sales requests into an executive project. They exercise direct technical supervision, guiding the Technical Offices to ensure that the design process is always aligned and proceeds with maximum precision.

The office acts as a universal translator, communicating with all internal and external stakeholders to define technical choices and clearly communicate progress.

PMs are problem-solving detectives who, thanks to their analytical skills, promptly identify and resolve critical issues. They conduct crucial on-site inspections, ensuring constant updates and successfully and decisively guiding each project through to completion.

QUALITY AND
DOCUMENTATION

The Quality Department is the custodian of the Quality Management System, ensuring that processes, especially in the production of valves subject to mandatory regulations such as ATEX, MOCA and the Machinery Directive, comply with standards.

It manages mandatory documentation and quality control at every stage, recording non-conformities. The Department maintains technical manuals, verifies staff training, and ensures regulatory updates.

Maintains the QMS integration with safety and FPC certifications. Responsible for document archiving, liaising with certification bodies, and conducting context, risk, and opportunity analyses, proposing corrective actions for continuous improvement.

LOGISTICS AND
SERVICE

The Logistics Department acts as the movement manager and project director, coordinating the transition of the finished product from the company to the client, while supervising global installation and commissioning.

The role is heavily focused on Operational Planning: it monitors and organizes the readiness of project orders (as well as Service Requests – SR), defining delivery timelines in synergy with Production. The department is responsible for Transport Management, identifying the most advantageous technical and economic solutions, issuing delivery notes (DDT), and managing all shipping documentation. Additionally, it oversees FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests).

A crucial pillar of the department is Site Coordination: it assigns and supervises assembly crews, ensuring project timelines are respected up to the final testing phase conducted alongside the Automation Department (UTEA). Finally, Logistics serves as an interface for continuous improvement, gathering technical feedback from job sites for the Mechanical Engineering Department (UTM) and coordinating with the Safety Department for subcontractor evaluations.

IT

The IT team is the technological backbone of the company, ensuring its smooth operations. Their mission is to ensure that every digital tool functions securely and efficiently.

They manage total digital health: from the network to workstation support, from server infrastructure to connectivity. They are responsible for cybersecurity and data protection, verifying backups and even managing the intrusion detection system.

Their role is profoundly strategic: they maintain and renew hardware and software, configuring essential equipment (including for customer systems). They plan for the future, actively proposing new management and CAD solutions in collaboration with consultants, enabling and protecting all vital business operations.

COMMUNICATIONS
OFFICE

It’s the Strategic Storytelling Office, the narrative laboratory that shapes the company’s identity and vision into a memorable and globally recognizable brand. Its mission is to convey the company’s soul, product, and method with a strong and cohesive voice.

Adopting a 360-degree strategy, the team is a dynamic content factory: they manage a rigorous editorial calendar that ranges from social media to live events. They coordinate branding and lead generation by constantly interacting with external departments and stakeholders. Furthermore, they cultivate internal unity through communication and team building. The tagline, “Welcome to the beat,” created for our 40th anniversary, perfectly captures the pace of this department.

FRONT
OFFICE

In addition to being the company’s first face and voice, the Front Office is a dynamic corporate control center that ensures day-to-day efficiency. Their role goes far beyond welcoming guests: they are a true logistical hub.

The team acts as your corporate Travel Agent, offering full support for international travel: they book flights, hotels, and cars, while also managing complex paperwork such as visas, ESTAs, and insurance for complete peace of mind.

They also handles documentation compliance and acts as logistics accountant, administering expense reports and managing vehicles. This team is an essential multifunctional cog that ensures the smooth running of the entire company.

SAFETY AND
TRAINING DEPARTMENT

The team that protects the company, pulsating with the energy of continuous improvement. As guardians of the Safety Management System, they go beyond compliance, but constantly assess risks to build a future-proof work environment.

The team shapes the safety culture, from crucial training to managing every detail: PPE, fire safety equipment, and emergency simulations. They oversee the maintenance and full compliance of systems and machinery, liaising with doctors and external organizations.

It handles logistics, from waste management to ISO 45001 certifications, also managing the suitability of external companies. Thanks to constant training, it ensures that every day is based on prevention and the protection of the most precious resource: people.

HUMAN
RESOURCES

The strategic manager who acts as a bridge between employees and management for an optimal work experience. He oversees all aspects of working life, from onboarding to termination, and ensures the proper management of payroll, leave, and accidents.

The department provides essential support, interacting daily with staff to collect requests and provide assistance, conveying their needs to management. It also acts as a talent scout, managing the entire selection process.

Furthermore, HR is a well-being analyst: it monitors the internal environment through reports and questionnaires to assess the state of the departments. In short, the team carefully balances operational needs and human capital development.

SUSTAINABILITY

The Sustainability Function drives the company toward an ethical and responsible future. Driven by the core values ​​of the 5Ps, the team develops and implements an ambitious ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) action plan.

With a cross-cutting impact, the department shapes corporate welfare and actively promotes gender equality. Operationally, it advocates for circularity and product revamping (MCI) and ensures maximum transparency through the drafting of the Code of Ethics and company policies.

It develops vital partnerships with schools and universities, participates in drafting the training plan, and promotes local regeneration. It ensures compliance through certifications, passionately communicates impacts, and plans events, anchoring sustainability as the driving force behind every corporate decision.

Carpentry

The Carpentry department is the heart of the company’s manufacturing operations, with the mission of custom-building all the metal components (structures and semi-machines) that will become the backbone of the systems.

Our workers are specialized technical craftsmen: they interpret drawings, prepare materials, and apply precision welding (TIG and wire) using machine tools. They also assemble mechanical parts and prepare parts for treatment

The department plays a crucial role in Technical Problem Solving, liaising constantly with the Mechanical Engineering Department and the Manufacturing Manager to discuss construction issues and propose procedural changes or improvements. The Steel Fabrication Department translates designs into solid and precise structures, essential for the construction of systems.

Silo
Department

The Silos Department specializes in the custom construction of silos and related accessories for customers. Its core activities include the production of sheet metal cylinders, cones, and rolled profiles, using machinery such as shears, rolling machines, and welding machines, followed by mechanical polishing.

The Department is responsible for the correct interpretation of technical drawings, the safe use of machine tools, and mastery of TIG and wire welding techniques. It coordinates the entire production cycle, from final assembly to component preparation for treatment, managing load handling.

To ensure efficiency, the Department plans and monitors the progress of production, liaising with the Technical Office for changes and the Warehouse for materials. It ensures the quality of the parts produced, evaluates methods for continuous improvement, and monitors delivery dates.

Electrical
Workshop

The Electrical Workshop is the operational hub for the electrical design and installation of systems, closely coordinating activities with automation. The team develops the electrical diagrams for the panels, manages the technical specifications (I/O lists, PLC networks), and actively supports the designers.

He is responsible for managing construction site changes and material control, verifying special utilities in the warehouse, and managing incoming work. His skills extend to panel inspection and testing, scale programming, and bill of materials preparation.

It provides crucial technical support during the development and sales phases. Finally, it ensures system start-up (on-site or remotely) and offers post-sales technical assistance to resolve customer issues.

Assembly

Assembly and Testing Workshop: where precision takes shape. Here, semi-machines are born from a design, transforming technical drawings into tangible reality. With mastery of TIG welding and the expert use of essential machine tools such as drills, lathes, and saws, the team brings critical components to life.

Every piece is assembled with meticulous care, checked with micrometers, and rigorously tested: from safety valves to complex mixers. The department guarantees final quality, coordinating progress to meet customer promises.

It’s a perfect blend of technique and coordination, where challenges are resolved with the Technical Office and processes are optimized. They don’t just build; they provide reliability and ensure the product is ready to exceed expectations.

Tailoring

The Tailoring is textile engineering in action, where material is transformed into essential filtering components for our systems, all according to precise technical specifications.

Seamstresses and tailors utilize the skill and precision of specialized tools: from pyrograph cutters to sturdy industrial sewing machines. With this technical expertise, they transform fabrics like Trevira and Nylon into stockings, filter covers and bags, and textile bases to fluidize silos, ensuring durability and functionality.

It’s not just about sewing, but about strategic management: the department orchestrates production to meet deadlines, actively collaborates in design validation, and liaises with Production and Purchasing. Their commitment to rigorous quality control ensures that every textile creation is flawless, constantly improving manufacturing methods.

Warehouse

The Warehouse is the company’s logistical heart, where every piece is meticulously stored. The mission begins with the receipt and inspection of goods: each incoming package is checked with a delivery note and barcode, promptly reporting any non-conformities.

The team ensures proper placement on shelves and aisles, maintaining impeccable management. They prepare and distribute essential materials to the relevant departments and organize loads for processing or shipping.

It is the custodian of inventory: it monitors stock levels, performs the annual inventory, and collaborates with the Purchasing Department on orders, ensuring operational continuity. It is also the hub of transportation, managing the unloading/loading of goods and pickups/deliveries from suppliers, ensuring that everything is in the right place, at the right time.

Shipping
Department

The Shipping Department is the crucial point of arrival, where production work transforms into customer delivery. Here, goods are carefully grouped and checked against bills of materials and technical drawings to ensure that every element is present and suitable for transportation.

The team collaborates with other departments to collect materials and unload them from the warehouse. This activity culminates in meticulous packing and loading.

Accuracy is key: packing lists (packages, weights, dimensions) are drawn up to define the optimal loading plan, liaising with Logistics and Managers to coordinate operations and prevent delays. The department performs a final, vital quality check on parts before they leave the company, ensuring that the supply promise is kept.
