CEPI’s Code of Ethics is based on the 5Ps of sustainable development of the 2030 Agenda, principles that guide our commitment to communities, the protection of people, the environment, and transparency in relationships. We believe in the value of corporate welfare, offering benefits for the well-being of employees and their families, including healthcare, social assistance, education, and transportation. We support women with programs dedicated to work-life balance.

We collaborate with the University of Bologna on machinery research and certification, and we support professional training through scholarships and projects with local schools and institutions. We support cooperatives and social initiatives, donating resources and reinvesting production waste in charitable projects. All our processes are UNI ISO 45001 certified for occupational health and safety, and we have obtained a legality rating from the Italian Competition Authority, a testament to our ethical commitment.

Sustainability is part of our DNA: our systems minimize consumption and waste, use recyclable materials, and are designed for maximum energy efficiency. Our new headquarters is powered by renewable sources, is completely self-sufficient in energy, and is designed with the well-being of our employees in mind.
