THE CEPI PROGRAM
The Decalogue for Gender Equality is not just a declaration of commitment on our part.
We sent it to our partners with an invitation to sign it, in order to create a network of supporters committed to the issue of gender equality.
We believe that collective commitment and synergy between organizations are essential for healthy and virtuous growth. We want to build shared paths by involving local stakeholders, be they businesses, schools, or nonprofit organizations.
The Decalogue is just one of the tools we are implementing to engage our partners on the path toward a more equitable and respectful future. Working together is essential to address the great challenges of sustainability, that is, to care for our communities and our planet, ensuring the well-being and security not only of present but also of future generations.
Without a doubt, the equal inclusion of women in society and at work is an essential part of this great global project.
The BLU DONNA project was renewed in 2025 with the launch of the new catalog. It was shared on March 18, 2025, when the women of CEPI met for an aperitif at the BRN Bike Cafè & Restaurant in Forlimpopoli for a moment of leisure and socialization.
