CONSTANT GROWTH
It was 1985 when an ambitious idea took shape in Forlì, at the foot of the Apennine mountains where our families have their roots. First the Ceccarellis and the Milanesis,
then the Montaltis and the Riccardis transformed their experience and vision into a company capable of designing advanced systems for the storage, transport and dosing
of raw materials.
Forty years of managing ingredients, building from an industrial project itself made of irreplaceable ingredients: the value of human
and professional partnership and complementary skills, an approach that combines technical solidity and open thinking.
Every day, these ingredients allow us to connect different points of view into a unique path. Not only between the partners, but with all the people who work with us at every level.
CELEBRATIONS START
We’re still thinking about the magical evening we spent with IBA, and we’ll be thinking about it for a long time. Thank you for being part of a heartbeat that starts from afar and looks far ahead.
It was truly wonderful to be together: a nightlife that expressed exactly what CEPI is all about. Focused on technology and relationships, balanced yet energizing, responsible yet joyful. We are rooted in history yet always oriented toward the future.
To all our friends, old and new, thank you again for your unique and brilliant contributions: each of you has been crucial to reaching this goal and will continue to be crucial to taking CEPI even further.
CELEBRATIONS CONTINUE
On Friday, October 3rd, at the BRN Bike Café & Restaurant in Forlimpopoli, we celebrated our fortieth anniversary with all our staff. Forty years of history built on people and authentic relationships. And who could be at the heart of this evening, if not the people of CEPI, the beating heart of the company? A crescendo of emotions, memories, and a hint of nostalgia to celebrate the journey we’ve shared and the enormous value of the time, passion, and work each of us has dedicated to CEPI.
Throughout the evening, many voices took to the stage to remember, share stories, and express gratitude. Among them was Luca Ceccarelli, Head of Research and Development and member of the Board of Directors, who emphasized that the true richness of these forty years lies not only in the results, but also in the people, adding: “Time is a precious resource. Knowing that so many people have chosen to dedicate part of it to CEPI—with passion, commitment, and trust—is what gives value to our journey. This is what makes us more than just a place to work.”
A thought that captures the deepest meaning of this anniversary: an anniversary that celebrates not only the history of a company, but that of a community.
Because if these first forty years have been extraordinary, the next ones—we are certain—will be even more so.
CELEBRATIONS: EPILOGUE
We could only complete this journey by celebrating our roots and our unbreakable bond with the local area. On Saturday, September 21st, in the San Giacomo Auditorium in Forlì, we promoted a profound reflection with Professor Stefano Zamagni in the roundtable discussion “Commonplaces, Expanded Value. A New Perspective on the Civil Economy.”
The event, part of the Festival del Buon Vivere program, marked a special milestone: the 40th anniversary of both CEPI S.p.A. and the Forlì-Cesena Social Solidarity Consortium. This collaboration goes far beyond the celebration: for years, the Consortium has supported CEPI in managing corporate welfare, helping us put people’s well-being at the center.
Despite belonging to different worlds—industry and social cooperation—our organizations found themselves united by the same ethical vision, demonstrating how entrepreneurship and the common good can coexist. It was an extraordinary opportunity for discussion, in which Professor Zamagni charted a course capable of uniting innovation, community, and responsibility.
CONTINUOUS INNOVATION
We have many tangible goals, such as increasing production capacity, optimizing workflow, and investing even more in research and development.
The intangible ones are no less important: we want to continue growing while remaining true to our identity, the choices, and the vision that have brought us this far.
We are naturally adaptable and are not afraid of change.
The real challenge now is to respond to new needs without abandoning what makes us strong. We have confidence in our history, our team, our partners, our technology, and our ability to innovate, generate value, and expand, like a heartbeat.
