Weighing and dosing systems inclusive of stainless steel modular hoppers and electronic scale-controlled tanks. Powder dosing can be continuous or batch, positive, by loss of weight, by volume or by weight. Liquids are managed in hermetic, heated and double jacketed hoppers in suitable stainless steel. Multiple flowmeter options are also available as well as mixed options.

The dosing process is fully automated using an integrated system that includes CEPI DOSING CONTROL for production management via a touch panel and CEPI TRACKING SYSTEM, a software programme that provides process control and traceability.

The design of the dosing system: our method

Flexibility, customization and easy revamping: the design of the dosing system is based on a close analysis of the user’s process, based on information that goes well beyond the purely technical.

All dosing systems are fully customized with site evaluation, analysis of raw materials, environment and consumption, and we take a long-term in order to create flexible solutions which do not preclude new paths. Our method involves all departments of the user from warehouse, to production, technical, purchasing and marketing, to include projection of future productions
