CEPI DOSING CONTROL
Our CEPI TRACEABILITY SYSTEM software provides process control, full traceability, warehouse management, total information exchange with SQL database and communication with ERP / MES.
CEPI TRACEABILITY SYSTEM enables users to produce storing and recipe data history, match report, material consumption report with dynamic visualization and digitalization of all material movements with barcode system.
Ingredients are monitored from the moment they are loaded: we label virtually every batch from the moment it enters the warehouse and transfer this label through all stages of the production process, adding additional information when necessary and supplementing the information provided by our production management system. We can perform additional checks, such as dosing checks on manual scales for special ingredients, where we verify that the batch dosed is the same as the batch loaded for each specific dosage.
