We want to sincerely thank the children of the youth center and the representatives of the Cooperativa Sociale L’Accoglienza of Forlì, who came to visit us on Friday 28 June in CEPI and were welcomed by our Davide Saputo.
The first meeting of CEPI’s “Training aperitifs” took place on Friday 31 May 2024, one year after the flood that hit Emilia Romagna.
It was a collective moment to better understand climate change and imagine together how to tackle it.
On Tuesday 23 April, in the CEPI Food Room, all employees were invited to participate in a meeting with the Forlì’s Women’s Centre, organized during a union meeting thanks to the coordination of CGIL.
The spring edition of Blu Donna took place on 18 April, in Villaggio Mafalda, in Cooperativa Sociale Paolo Babini, Blu Donna is the parallel welfare program for CEPI’s female employees, created in 2019 by Sandra Ceccarelli and Stefania Montalti, and always coordinated by Corinna Crippa, CEPI Welfare Manager for the Social Welfare service of Consorzio di Solidarietà Sociale.
March 8: rather than a festivity, for us it is an appointment, urging us every year yes to celebrate women’s progress of women, but most especially to identify the steps we still need to take to achieve the global emancipation of all women and girls.

For the third year in a row, we have chosen to entrust the decoration of our tree to the team at CavaRei – Impresa Sociale, a social enterprise in the Forlì area that not only supports people with disabilities, but also creates unique pieces in its solidarity tailoring workshop.
CEPI confirms the collaboration started in 2022 with Istituto Oncologico Romagnolo (Romagna Oncological Institute): once again we have chosen to support this large no profit organization which has been engaged in research to fight cancer since 1979. Our partnership will allow us to assist both with important research projects and the various forms of support needed by those involved in the battle against cancer.
On Wednesday 22 November, in the premises of the Paolo Babini Cooperative in Forlì, we met for the presentation of the Blu Donna 2023 program, a parallel welfare program for CEPI’s female employees active since 2019, in an evening with many moments of discussion, reflection and dialogue. The photograph of this historical moment stimulates us to act urgently. Even with speech, visibility and participation: fundamental factors that have had and continue to have a real impact on women’s lives.
The Blu Donna 2023 catalog was presented to the women of CEPI on 22 November 2023, during an evening at the Mafalda Village of the Paolo Babini Cooperative in Forlì.
On 3 October, CEPI representatives Sandra Ceccarelli (CFO), Davide Saputo (HSE), Marco Ricci (Head of Production) and Emiliano Leonardi (Head of Electric and Electronic Automation) presented to ITIS students a turn-key installation designed and manufactured just for them. Storing, transport and dosing: now the students can experience a real system!
Our heart is in Romagna. And what does our mean? What we call us does not exist on its own – it is built. And these days, we are seeing it happen under our eyes.
We are very happy to launch a new project with CavaRei, a local non profit organization where people with vulnerable backgrounds are not only hosted, but come together to create beautiful pieces in their sustainable workshop. CEPI’s PVC scraps have become a series of small objects that we hope will be useful in the daily life of our employees, who received them as a gift in their Christmas basket: a badge holder, a card holder and a pen case.
