NEW COMMONPLACES is the format that CEPI has created to share a recreational and learning experience that can make us more aware, better plan for future impacts, and foster reflection on the power of a sustainable approach to work and life.
Within this framework, we organize training events that combine learning with community experience, encouraging reflection on the role that sustainability, inclusion, and relationship satisfaction play in work and life.
“Together” is one of the key words of the initiative, because CEPI aims to be not just a workplace, but also a community actively committed to collective well-being. It’s no coincidence that the company’s new and existing partners, who share a love for the local area and innovative action, participated in the day.
On Wednesday, June 18 we held our now customary training aperitif: an opportunity to get together, learn and imagine better ways to share work and its spaces.
During the Corporate Welfare presentation meeting held on October 30, we started a constructive discussion on issues related to relational, communicative and psycho-emotional well-being.
The first meeting of CEPI’s “Training aperitifs” took place on Friday 31 May 2024, one year after the flood that hit Emilia Romagna. It was a collective moment to better understand climate change and imagine together how to tackle it.
Since 1985, CEPI has been designing integrated solutions for industry, combining passion, innovation and sustainability.
