On Tuesday 23 April, in the CEPI Food Room, all employees were invited to participate in a meeting with the Forlì’s Women’s Centre, organized during a union meeting thanks to the coordination of CGIL.
Following an audit conducted on April 29 and 30, 2024, we obtained certification according to the UNI 125 Standard, the Reference Practice for Gender Equality in Organizations.
The spring edition of Blu Donna took place on 18 April, in Villaggio Mafalda, in Cooperativa Sociale Paolo Babini, Blu Donna is the parallel welfare program for CEPI’s female employees, created in 2019 by Sandra Ceccarelli and Stefania Montalti, and always coordinated by Corinna Crippa, CEPI Welfare Manager for the Social Welfare service of Consorzio di Solidarietà Sociale.
Last 5 and 6 March our RSPP Sara Panzavolta and HSE Davide Saputo once again represented CEPI at the HSE Richmond Forum, which involves HSE and RSPP (Safety Directors and Managers) from companies throughout the country.
We believe that the equal participation of women in the workplace is a strategic factor for the growth and development not only for the company, but for the economy and society as a whole. Aware of the importance of communicating our commitment, we would like to share with you our Gender Equality Policy and Strategy, i.e. the two documents we developed to integrate every aspect of gender equality into our corporate processes and culture.
The culmination of our journey is our Gender Equality Decalogue, which summarizes our commitment and our goals in ten points. We wanted to highlight those actions that in our opinion are fundamental to achieving concrete results, illuminating all aspects of gender equality and facilitating communication.
Fabrizio is Quality and Manuals Manager. Fabrizio follows refresher courses periodically, including within the company, and specific training and consultancy. He finds it stimulating in his work that it is never static, but constantly evolving and always improvable.

March 8: rather than a festivity, for us it is an appointment, urging us every year yes to celebrate women’s progress of women, but most especially to identify the steps we still need to take to achieve the global emancipation of all women and girls.

For the third year in a row, we have chosen to entrust the decoration of our tree to the team at CavaRei – Impresa Sociale, a social enterprise in the Forlì area that not only supports people with disabilities, but also creates unique pieces in its solidarity tailoring workshop.
