Following an audit conducted on April 29 and 30, 2024, we obtained certification according to the UNI 125 Standard, the Reference Practice for Gender Equality in Organizations. This standard requires the measurement, reporting, and evaluation of gender-related data in organizations with the aim of closing existing gaps and incorporating the new gender equality paradigm into the organizations’ DNA, thus producing sustainable and lasting change.

Special thanks to the Steering Committee for Gender Equality (Sandra Ceccarelli, Costanza Evangelisti, Frida Lega, Emiliano Leonardi, Stefania Montalti and Marco Ricci), who developed the Strategic Plan and Management System.

But we would not have obtained the certification without the participation and commitment of all staff. The company and the Steering Committee will continue to work towards creating an increasingly inclusive and respectful working environment. Let’s continue to grow together!
