On 3 October, CEPI representatives Sandra Ceccarelli (CFO), Davide Saputo (HSE), Marco Ricci (Head of Production) and Emiliano Leonardi (Head of Electric and Electronic Automation) presented to ITIS students a turn-key installation designed and manufactured just for them. Storing, transport and dosing: now the students can experience a real system!

Bright eyes, genuine smiles. These are my first impressions when I met them for the first time. Our Fantastic 4: Niccolò Chiarini, Davide Di Vincenzo, Bianca Sangiorgi and Jacopo Rossi, from the “very young” team of CEPI. Born from 1998 to 2003, they are part of the so-called Generation Z and have a lot to tell us, and we are happy to listen to them.
In this session, Silvia talks about designing a long-lasting fully-customised dosing solution and what important considerations there are in terms of sustainability and revamping.
Today the focus in CEPI is on Gen Z! Thanks to Corinna Crippa of Social Welfare project for facilitating the first meeting in a process aimed at expanding our welfare plan with services that meet the needs of the youngest among us. And thanks to all the boys and girls for their participation: your perspective is essential to grow together!
We are very happy to launch a new project with CavaRei, a local non profit organization where people with vulnerable backgrounds are not only hosted, but come together to create beautiful pieces in their sustainable workshop. CEPI’s PVC scraps have become a series of small objects that we hope will be useful in the daily life of our employees, who received them as a gift in their Christmas basket: a badge holder, a card holder and a pen case.
CEPI was awarded as Welfare Champion by Welfare Index PMI, a selection promoted by Generali Italia of the most virtuous small and medium-sized Italian enterprises, chosen from more than 6,500 participants in the survey. Sandra Ceccarelli, our Legal Representative and CFO, represented us at the event.

ALTREMANI has been established as a Social Enterprise in Forlì, the first in our territory to operate exclusively through the work of prisoners and ex-prisoners. Davide Saputo, our Head of Factory and Director for Health and Safety, is a founding partner.
Thank you so much to the Forlì’s prison workshops for creating these beautiful little trees! We have placed them everywhere in our headquarters and they have gotten us ready for the holidays.
