The BLU DONNA project was renewed in 2025 with the launch of the new catalog. It was shared on March 18, 2025, when the women of CEPI met for an aperitif at the BRN Bike Cafè & Restaurant in Forlimpopoli for a moment of leisure and socialization.

During the meeting, our CFO Sandra Ceccarelli had the pleasure of sharing two fundamental aspects of CEPI’s Welfare project.

This year too we have chosen to support the Istituto Oncologico Romagnolo, which has been committed to research in the fight against cancer since 1979.

During the Corporate Welfare presentation meeting held on October 30, we started a constructive discussion on issues related to relational, communicative and psycho-emotional well-being.

Last Monday, October 7, CEPI employees participated in an interesting hour of training on the topic of Women’s Health, aimed at explaining to all women of all ages the importance of prevention and early diagnosis in the gynecological field.

We want to sincerely thank the children of the youth center and the representatives of the Cooperativa Sociale L’Accoglienza of Forlì, who came to visit us on Friday 28 June in CEPI and were welcomed by our Davide Saputo.

CEPI is once again awarded as Welfare Champion within the Welfare Index PMI 2024, a selection promoted by Generali Italia of the best corporate welfare programs amongs small and medium Italian enterprises. Welfare Champions are chosen from more than 7,000 participating companies.

The first meeting of CEPI’s “Training aperitifs” took place on Friday 31 May 2024, one year after the flood that hit Emilia Romagna.
It was a collective moment to better understand climate change and imagine together how to tackle it.

On Tuesday 23 April, in the CEPI Food Room, all employees were invited to participate in a meeting with the Forlì’s Women’s Centre, organized during a union meeting thanks to the coordination of CGIL.
