CEPI DOSING CONTROL
CEPI DOSING CONTROL provides different HMI solutions for the production management of single or multiple lines. The PLC touch panels can be fully customized and are developed across both Siemens and Allen Bradley platforms. Screen is 4” to 15” and the panels handle recipe creation and management, ingredient and hopper parametrization, synoptic overview with real time status and maintenance of utilities with manual command, loading of silos and other stations, and any other functions like washing and climatization.
For standard operations and one-line production processes weighing processor WP140 with LCD display is also available.
The recipe is written in a table that allows you to select fully parameterized ingredients for each step, and to establish the quantity to be dispensed, the dispensing temperature, and the duration. You can also include the number of cycles and batches, as well as the unloading phases for each ingredient. A consistency check is performed at each step: to ensure the product falls within the established range, that each product arrives with an unloading phase, and so on.
The recipe is managed exactly as the customer specifies: we provide only accurate automation and the most suitable dosing technology, along with our experience in optimizing the management of the various ingredients. We do not disrupt either their product or their process.
