CEPI’S Head of Factory Davide Saputo is at work with Techne’s Lia Benvenuti , Cosmogas’ Alberto Alessandrini and Massimo Balzani to build a new training opportunity in our territory.
We want to provide a solution for an emerging need we noticed: the training program we are developing will be delivered almost entirely in the factories, that is in the context where the learned craft is going to be applied. Field training where the work is taught directly by the foremen of the companies, supported by Techne’s teachers.
Our historical partners Techne and CNOS-FAP (headed by Director Sergio Barberio) will be responsible for the theoretical training.
Cepi will train argonists in the metalworking area: tig welding and pre-assembly of parts. The project is still in its infancy but we will keep you updated!
