Spaghetti, fusilli e Maccheroni: head to Pastaria

We at CEPI will be at Pastaria 2026, taking place on March 30–31 at Stazione Leopolda in Florence, a major gathering for the global pasta community.

For us, the event is all about meeting producers, exchanging perspectives, and staying close to the heart of the industry.
