Our Fantastic 4: Niccolò Chiarini, Davide Di Vincenzo, Bianca Sangiorgi and Jacopo Rossi, from the "very young" CEPI team. Born from 1998 to 2003, they are part of the so-called Generation Z and have a lot to tell us. We chose to listen to them.
Today the focus in CEPI is on Gen Z! We hosted the first meeting in a process aimed at expanding our welfare plan with services that meet the needs of the youngest among us.
