CEPI Spa has received a grant from the Emilia-Romagna region under the 2021-2027 FERS (Energy and Sustainable Development Fund) for digital transition, to improve the company’s logistics and operational management.
The implementation of the Modula vertical warehouse, interconnected to the management system, has created a synergy between the warehouse and other operational processes, promoting centralized and intelligent management of resources that can plan, monitor, and control raw material storage and handling activities in real time.
At the same time, specialized consultancy has been acquired to optimize operational processes and improve internal organization.
