In the past few weeks, we have provided all staff with training on gender equality and inclusion: an opportunity to talk about work and respect, discussing economic and cultural issues but also transversal aspects such as welfare and training.
We have reaffirmed our commitment to creating a culture of equality, which also involves a transparent and shared policy and strategic plan.
