On Wednesday, June 18 we held our now customary training aperitif: an opportunity to get together, learn and imagine better ways to share work and its spaces. This appointment focused on relationships in the workplace: a reflection led by Dr. Enrica Severi, who manages corporate relations in CEPI, and already leads the listening desk and focus groups in the departments.
CEPI continues to train employees to support gender equality in the workplace.
The BLU DONNA 2025 service catalog was shared on March 18, 2025, when the CEPI women met at the BRN Bike Cafè & Restaurant in Forlimpopoli for a moment of relaxation and socialization.
Also this year, CEPI was among the sponsors of the Biscuit People Conference, which for the 2025 edition chose the prestigious Hotel Palace in Milano Marittima.
Last April 3rd, our Sales Director Igor Riccardi participated in an important Conference hosted by the Bologna Business School.
For us, March 8 is a fixed date, which is part of our commitment to building gender equality. The perfect occasion to celebrate all the women of CEPI, who have been an essential part of it for 40 years, with their dedication, their work and their talent. A beating heart without which we would not have reached this goal!

On Tuesday 23 April, in the CEPI Food Room, all employees were invited to participate in a meeting with the Forlì's Women's Centre, organized during a union meeting thanks to the coordination of CGIL.
