The Decalogue for Gender Equality doesn’t only represent our commitment. We have shared with our stakeholders with an invitation to sign it, in order to create a network of supporters committed to the issue of gender equality. We deeply believe that collective commitment and synergy between organizations are fundamental for healthy and virtuous growth. We want to build shared paths by involving the actors of our territory, whether they are companies, schools or non-profit organizations.
The Decalogue is just one of the tools we are activating to involve our partners in the path towards a more equitable and respectful future. Working together is necessary to face the great challenges of sustainability, that is, to take care of our communities and our planet, ensuring well-being and safety not only for present generations but also for future ones. Without a doubt, the equal inclusion of women in society and work is an essential part of this great global project.
The gender equality of our processes has been certified!
Following an audit held on 29 and 30 April 2024, we obtained the certification according to the PdR UNI 125 standard, which involves the measurement, reporting and evaluation of gender-related data in organizations.
A meeting with Forlì’s Women’s Center
