Happy International Women’s Day. March 8 is an important date that has its roots in the history of women’s social, economic and political achievements, and invites us to reflect on the barriers that we still need to overcome.
With all this in mind, Sandra and Stefania are renewing the BLU DONNA project, a parallel welfare program for women in CEPI aimed at facilitating the reconciliation between work and personal life. We also hope that it will be translated into moments of encounter, dialogue and growth, thanks to new tools such as the BLUE BOX digital column, which we will launch this year.
For us, welfare means listening, care and restitution. We believe that the well-being, safety and dignity of our employees are our responsibility. We have chosen to provide the women in CEPI with resources that can alleviate their workload, and in doing so we hope to help them taking care of themselves in the way that suits them.
The suppliers partnering us in this project have been selected in our area on the basis of their social responsibility and quality of the service or product provided.
More and more in these difficult years, we want to celebrate and recognize the value of women in CEPI, and thank them for their tenacity.
