Innovation in CEPI never stops! Our new system for the liquid rework of sandwich biscuits recovers your production scraps and doses directly into the mixer, with reduced material consumptions and a more sustainable process.
Biscuits are fragmented inside a stainless steel tank with stirrer, and then mixed with a liquid part (oil or water) to create an emulsion that is dosed directly on the mixer. The system preserves the properties of the ingredients and is fully customized and automated with PLC and HMI screen.
